On the afternoon of April 16th, the 2024 Auckland University Summer Program Presentation was successfully held at 8A521 Modern Transportation Engineering Center. The college has invited Professor Li Cong, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office, and Teacher Xu, the organizer of the summer program at the University of Auckland, to provide students with a detailed explanation of the program. The presentation was be hosted by Professor Wang Lei, Vice Dean of the college.
Li Cong, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office, encouragd students to actively pay attention to and participate in student overseas exchange programs, exercised their language and communication skills, and enhanced their international perspective. Li Cong explained the project application process and the school's funding policy for students participating in overseas exchange programs.
Professor Wang Lei, Vice Dean of the College, expressed gratitude to Professor Li Cong, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office, and Teacher Xu, the project organizer, for giving a presentation on the 2024 Auckland University Summer Program to the students. He hoped that students can listen carefully to the lecture and encourage them to communicate and exchange ideas with the two teachers on issues such as project introduction and student overseas exchange policies.
Teacher Xu provided a detailed introduction to the 2024 Auckland University Summer Program, including the city's characteristics, university situation, course introduction, extracurricular activities, accommodation conditions, project achievements, project time and expenses, etc. After the meeting, the students actively interacted with the teacher on issues related to overseas learning and exchange.
The lecture provided students with rich information on overseas learning and exchange, and the atmosphere was warm, which was widely welcomed by the students. This lecture is one of the contents of the promotion work for the 2024 student overseas study and exchange program of the college, aiming to expand the scale of students' overseas exchanges, enrich their international exchange channels, mobilize their enthusiasm for participating in international cooperation and exchange, and fully promote the college's international cooperation and exchange work to a new level. Previously, on March 7th, the college had held a presentation for the 2024 student overseas study and exchange program. In the future, the college will also carry out a series of promotional activities for students' overseas learning and exchange programs.
