According to the cooperation agreement between our university and St. Cloud State University, the registration of 3+2 undergraduate and master's degree program of St. Cloud State University was initiated.

1. University Overview
St. Cloud State University is a prestigious four-year comprehensive public university and the largest school in the Minnesota state education system. The school was founded in 1869, and has a history of more than 150 years, in 1975 upgraded to a university, and can grant bachelor's, master's, doctor's degrees. The university consists of the School of Business, the School of Education, the School of Arts and Humanities, the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Social Sciences, the School of Graduate Studies, the Continuing Education Center and the International Student Center.

2. University Advantage
St. Cloud State University ranks 82nd in the 2023 USNews Midwest University Rankings and 22nd in the 2023 USNews Midwest Public University Rankings. St. Cloud State University is a Minnesota university offering Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-accredited manufacturing engineering programmes, as well as ABET-accredited electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and computer science programmes. The College of Education is the university's oldest institution and is well-known in the United States. St. Cloud State University is also a member of many academic and professional institutions, including the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Council of Graduate Schools, and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
3. Item Information
(1) Project Overview
The project adopts the 3.5+1.5 mode, i.e. students will go to St. Cloud State University in the second semester of their senior year, return to SUES at the end of the semester to complete the defense of their graduation thesis, and then go to St. Cloud State University to continue to complete the rest of their studies, obtain corresponding credits and complete the American graduation thesis.

(3) Language of Instruction: English
(4) Admission Time: January every year
Part 2 Application Requirement
(1) Applicant: Junior student
(2) Professional Field：Urban railway transit
(3) Requirement: GPA 2.75 or above, IELTS 5.5, TOEFL IBT61 or more, or 90 or above in the English test for multiple neighboring countries.
Part 3 Project Cost
(1) Tuition fees, accommodation fees and other expenses shall be borne by the students themselves (the specific details shall be subject to the official release of the partner institutions).
(2) Students can apply for financial assistance according to the relevant management measures of the special funds for students' overseas study exchange program of our university.
Part 4 Application Procedure
The application for the project will be registered and reviewed by the Student Overseas Exchange System.
